  Disgusting!!! Very disapointed!!! They have changed alot and are just disgusting they leave chicken in a bowl out all day and it's hot in there. Only two people working and can not handle simple orders. I ordered 60 dollars worth of food and every bit of it was burnt and bland. I called to explain to them why I was calling and they do not understand a thing I was saying. Very snappy when you order and over charge. I will be boycotting them. Do not go there it is not worth a penny. I wish I could post a picture with this!!!! Nasty!!!

  Good food but management is poor.
  
  I live in New Sharon and they tell me the time is usually 15-25 minutes so my food should always be ready when I get there. Three orders last three months. 1st, 1 hour 5 minutes. 2nd, 1 hour 20 minutes. 3rd, 1 hour 30 minutes.
  
  I noticed that each time I ordered that they do not know how to expedite orders. The tickets they use are not numbered so they do not process in the order that they are taken. I know this because every time I have ordered and arrived after the suggested time, I walk in and folks that are making orders at the counter are leaving before me with their food. I will order again because the cooks knowno what they are doing. But the management needs to figure out their end.
